Sugar is generally the main culprit. Sometimes just carbs in general, often higher fat foods, too.

You can be addicted to basically anything pleasurable, sex, gaming, porn, sugar, cocaine, bullying…it’s not easy to break habits, and it’s even harder with addictions.

I agree that products are not the answer. Most fitness systems, protocols and gadgets are useless. A fitness watch does not change a lifestyle.
