If you consume any type of fitness content, it’s important to realize exactly what is going through the minds of the content creators. This gives you a better understanding of what exactly is going on, and makes you more resistant to the rampant manipulation that is common in the industry.

So, imagine that you are a fitness content creator, or an “influencer”. You’ve been creating content for a few years now, and you’ve managed to garner quite a following. You’ve put out videos on the basic, important topics, working hard to stick to what matters and will get your growing fanbase results.

However, after a while, you run into a problem: you’ve already said everything that actually matters, but you still have to keep creating content to keep people watching.

What do you do?

Option 1: Just keep repeating the basics

One possibility is just to take your content before and repackage it. If your channel is still growing, odds are people aren’t going to be seeing most of your old videos, and you can more or less keep just recycling the same content. This seems — at first glance — to be downright horrible, but it might actually be the best option.
